The Firecrackers

Celebrating our Firecrackers!

The Firecrackers are the ongoing Mela referral network—the people who help carry the Mela brand forward and bring qualifying people into Stokvel Waya Waya.

The Waya Waya subscription and referral key-holder relationship supports that journey by connecting qualifying introductions to the participating key-holder.

Strong, verified participation can earn ongoing recognition in the Mela Hall of Fame. The Firecrackers continue beyond launch and are distinct from Club 120.

Why the Hall exists

Participation deserves to be seen.

The Hall records the people and organisations whose work moves demand, service, trade and opportunity through the Mela Africa ecosystem. Recognition is grounded in meaningful participation, not a decorative badge collection.

Club 120

The first 120 founding Firecrackers

Club 120 recognises the first 120 Firecrackers who complete the 12-in-12 challenge at launch. These are the founding referral leaders who help Mela Africa open the first wave of Stokvel Waya Waya growth and unlock the rhythm of everyday shopping through the ecosystem.

What Club 120 is

Club 120 is the founding recognition circle inside the Mela Hall of Fame. It celebrates the first 120 Firecrackers who successfully build the early referral movement and help take Stokvel Waya Waya into households, groups and communities across Eswatini.

How you join Club 120

You join Club 120 by becoming a Firecracker and completing the 12-in-12 challenge at launch. First, sign up for Stokvel Waya Waya. Then join the Firecrackers referral network and activate your referral identity. From the day you join, you have 12 days to bring in 12 successful Stokvel Waya Waya sign-ups through your referral pathway. The first 120 people who complete that challenge earn their place in Club 120.

Portraits, stories, quotes, achievements, locations and recognition moments will record the real people and organisations represented here.

How recognition works

Evidence before recognition.

Recognition follows the relevant programme rules, verified participation and approved performance evidence. Public presentation does not create a ranking or qualification engine.

The Hall continues

As participation grows, its record grows with it.
